Rooted in Latvian herbal pirts (sauna) tradition, pirts combines low-temperature steam, guided rest, and plant-based practices such as whisking, herbal scrubs, wraps, baths, and tea rituals — supporting physical ease, mental clarity, and emotional grounding.

Guided by Ieva, certified Pirts Master (since 2019), environmental scientist (MSc), and author of Latvian Pirts Tradition (Japanese edition with co-author Yukiko Oyama).

We craft and coordinate private wellness tours, events, and workshops that introduce guests to pirts as a living tradition and to the values shared across bathing cultures: respect for nature, ritual, and restoration.

We also deliver lectures and presentations for organisations, cultural institutions, and communities, offering a clear, research-informed perspective on both Latvian and Japanese approaches to wellbeing through bathing. Alongside experiences and education, we publish a Latvian Pirts book to document the tradition and make it accessible internationally.
